Shiva Yoga Workshop: The Enneagram and Spiritual Growth 4 Sundays - 7, 14, 21, 28 March Taught by Swami Girijananda
The Enneagram is an ancient Sufi system that describes nine different personality types and their interrelationships. Modern teachers of the Enneagram include Gurdjieff, who taught that each of us has a chief feature - the central access around which the delusional aspects of our personalities revolve (which he called false personality). In spiritual growth we become aware of and move beyond this false personality.
Swami Girijananda teaches the Enneagram from the perspective of sadhana or spiritual evolution. This course can assist us in recognizing our own patterns and gain a better understanding of those we are connected to - whether at work, at home with family, with friends or with romantic partners. $120 / 90 (conc).
