About Shiva Process Self-Inquiry
“The yogis of inquiry commit themselves to live and die by the spanda principle: the upward shift of feeling, the expansion of Consciousness. The spanda principle is the watermark of the Divine discerned within. Following it constitutes devotion to the expansion of divine Consciousness, and raises a practitioner to a higher level of being. You no longer evaluate life according to external success or failure, but by the pulsation of spanda, the quality of aliveness.” - Swami Shankarananda

The Shiva Process is a groundbreaking technology developed by Swami Shankarananda and Devi Ma, based on the ancient art of Self-inquiry and the philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism. The Shiva Process heals the split between spirituality and outer life.
Swamiji, Devi Ma and other skilled group leaders and facilitators have created a training course that will provide the groundwork for becoming a confident Shiva Process group leader and facilitator. The course will deepen your personal inquiry, teach you how to effectively process individuals, and give you the skills needed to run a dynamic group process. There will be discussions and training not only on the advanced technology of Shiva Process, but also about the obstacles and pitfalls that can arise.
To be brilliant at Shiva Process, we need to become adept at following the inner shakti—the spanda principle. The Shiva Process Training Course will teach participants how to live more profoundly from this awareness by gaining a deeper understanding of the shakti, and what blocks it and expands it.
