We are now offering on-line individual and small group Learn to Meditate courses and Shiva Process Self-inquiry sessions. People interested in these courses must have a Web Camera and Skype installed on their computer.

Learn to Meditate

The Learn to Meditate course will give you everything you need to establish a meditation practice now. Upon registration you will receive Swamiji’s best selling guide to meditation, Happy For No Good Reason, which includes the Self-inquiry guided meditation CD.

Level 1:

3 sessions: $250 AUD
Session time: 1 ½ hours
Course includes a copy of Swamiji’s book Happy For No Good Reason which we will post to you.
I already own a copy of Happy so I am eligible for the discounted cost of: $220 AUD

Level 2:

On-going support sessions to assist you in establishing and maintaining your meditation practice.

4 sessions: $160 AUD
Session time: 30 minutes

Learn To Meditate

Shiva Process Self Inquiry

For those of you who already meditate, Shiva Process Self Inquiry will deepen and enhance your practice and help remove inner and outer obstacles to connect you with the flow of Shakti that can transform and unblock the areas of your life that are not working.

Once a week, or as often as you like, you will meet via Skype video with a Shiva Yoga swami or teacher trained in both methods by Swami Shankarananda.

Level 1:

Introduction to Shiva Process Self-inquiry.

3 sessions: $250 AUD
Session time: 1 ½ hours
Course includes a copy of Swamiji’s book Self-Inquiry which we will post to you.
I already own a copy of Self-Inquiry so I am eligible for the discounted cost of: $220 AUD

Level 2:

Designed to support and refine your ability to practice Self-inquiry on your own.

4 sessions: $240 AUD
Session time: 1 hour

Shiva Process Self Inquiry

Group Rates:

Gather your family and friends together for group sessions and introduce meditation and Self-inquiry into your life and theirs. We now offer small group rates for Learn to Meditate and Shiva Process.

Cost: $25 AUD per person per session (this price does not include either book). The numbers are restricted to 6-8 members. We recommend you take the introduction to Shiva Process before beginning group work.
