About the yoga classes

All classes are taught by Anandi Fenwick unless otherwise advised.

Bookings are essential, as class sizes are limited. Send a text message to Donna on 0402 759 344 (unless you are a regular). If you are NOT able to come after making a booking, please send us a text message so your space can be offered to someone else.

Shiva Surrender
A restorative class. Soft, beautiful stretches with the aid of pillows and blocks. It allows the natural stretch of the body to assist in the relase of tension and stress. It prepares you to face the world. Suitable for all.

Shiva Stretch
Feel stretched from head to toe. Targets the neck and shoulders.

Shiva Slow Tone
A wonderful class that guarantees a great stretch. Slow flowing yoga postures and balances. Suitable for all.

Shiva Soft
As the name suggests a soft and fluid class that is very gentle. Great for beginners and for those seeking relaxation.

Shiva Strong
A flowing sequence of strong poses and balances, toning and strengthening the body in preparation for meditation. Suitable for those who have done some yoga or who want to go a little further.

Shiva Meditation
Bring a cushion and shawl and meditate with others to get your weekend off to a great start. This session by Donation.
