About this course

Essential first step in Shiva Yoga meditation

This four-week course is designed to bring the knowledge and wisdom of the ancient yogis into the modern age with techniques that are practical and accessible for your daily life.

Four techniques

The key to meditation is finding what works for you. Each week you will learn a new technique, providing you with a range of practices to choose from. These include:

  • Guided chakra meditation
  • Mantra meditation
  • Breath meditation
  • 'Meditation in the world': how to use meditation in your daily life

Meditation related topics

Learn about working effectively with the mind and emotions; the relationship between the inner world and the outer world; 'being present'; and 'true empowerment'. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and receive advice on establishing your practice.

Complimentary book and CD package

Receive a complimentary copy of Happy for No Good Reason, an Australian best-seller and a comprehensive resource of the course material and additional information. The book includes a CD so that you can begin your meditation practice immediately.

The course is also available as one-on-one private sessions, held over three weeks, which we can arrange to suit your schedule.
